Getting Started
MEDIATION
STEP 1:
Contact Sound Agreements and request that you be contacted by a mediator with experience in your type of dispute. The mediator will contact your opposing party.
STEP 2:
Review mediation documents including Agreement to Mediate, Confidentiality Agreement, and The Mediation Process.
STEP 3:
Work with the Mediator to pay the fee and schedule the date and location of the mediation (In-person or online).
STEP 4:
Attend the mediation and settle your dispute.
SETTLEMENT COUNSEL
STEP 1:
Contact Sound Agreements and request that you be contacted by a settlement attorney licensed in your area.
STEP 2:
Review the Settlement Counsel Retainer Agreement.
STEP 3:
Conference with your Settlement Counsel to pay the retainer and discuss the particulars of your dispute. Litigation Counsel generally participates in the conference.
STEP 4:
Move forward with representation and settlement.
